Making a payment with a debit or credit card

Having problems making a payment with a debit or credit card? Please check your bank or card provider has up to date contact details for you, including a valid email address. Your bank or card provider may need to contact you to ask you to verify your payment as part of fraud-prevention rules, known as 'Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). As a result, you may get an email, text or phone call from them when you try to make a payment to us, and your payment may delayed if they aren’t able to contact you. Please contact your bank if you aren’t able to make a payment. If you’re still experiencing problems, please:
• log on from a home laptop or computer, not a work computer as firewalls can block the Worldpay site
• make sure your broadband connection is strong
• make sure cookies and cache are deleted
